We're a family owned and operated brewery proudly brewing out of London, Ontario.

We pride ourselves on crafting small batch, handcrafted, premium beers without compromise that we know you'll love; from our family to yours.

The story for Anderson Craft Ales began on a cold Christmas morning way back in the year 2005. After a vision filled night of dancing sugar-plums, a then 19 year old Gavin Anderson ran down the stairs to find Santa had left him the most glorious of presents: a complete homebrewing kit! Later, it was discovered that the kit was in fact purchased by his father, Jim Anderson. And thus began a lifelong obsession with brewing and craft beer.

Since that fateful Christmas morning so many years ago, Gavin has brewed hundreds of batches of beer, covering every style of beer imaginable. However, it was while completing a Ph.D. in microbiology and volunteering at a local microbrewery that Gavin realized his passion of brewing could be more than just a hobby. Gavin spent the next two years as head brewer at a newly opened microbrewery, and experienced great success during that time: winning a national professional brewing award, along with four regional awards, and several medals at local competitions.

Cierzo Brewing Co. is the craft beer of Zaragoza, one of the largest cities in the north of Spain. Real beer, without substitutes, noble and with soul. Our way of understanding this millenary drink, which is only perfect when it is made with passion, respecting each recipe, its times and its ingredients.

The wind is the typical wind of our city. A powerful wind that runs through the Ebro valley. Intense, cold and dry, but also purifying. We want our beers to reflect that character that makes us unique, that does not leave anyone indifferent and that transmits the energy with which they are conceived.

The story begins in 1991, when Jean-François begins delving into home brewing experiments. He quickly develops a passion for the trade and begins thinking of a brewing as a career.

Today, Dieu Du Ciel! is engaged more than ever in the local community as the demand for its products continues to rise both at home and abroad. In 2015, the microbrewery in St-Jerome increased capacity from 9000 to 13000 hectoliters annually, in an effort to better satisfy a growing band of faithful converts.

Disruption is Brewing
Way back in 2006, Borat was popular, Italy won the World cup, Pluto was downgraded to a Dwarf Planet and several brew noobs from Findlay thought it could be "pretty cool, I guess" to open a brewery one day. Now, here we are! It may not be the most interesting story, but it's ours!

After brewing for a few years, we decided to upgrade our brew equipment from a pot on Steve and Susans' stove, to a Sabco Brew-Magic system. With six of us involved at the time, it was an easy purchase!

Four years later, we made our "pretty cool" dream come true, and opened Findlay Brewing Company on North Main Street! Brewing on our Sabco system only allowed us to end up with a couple 1/6 bbl kegs each brew, so we were only open on Friday nights, and mainly distributed kegs around the Findlay area. Happy that we had wonderful customers, but frustrated with being able to make a limited supply, as well as fend off floods and a fire, we started looking for a building and a loan to start Findlay Brewing 2.0.

We started off as a small, yet foolhardy bunch in a quaint and – we’ll admit – elementary brewpub located in Toronto’s West End. After several years of refining processes and working with a wonderfully dedicated team of beer lovers, we have been fortunate enough to grow our Junction-located brewpub and bottle shop into a bustling (albeit ambient and welcoming) space. We’ve also opened up a second brewing space, tasting room and bottle shop in partnership with Eataly at the heart of downtown Toronto. We’re grateful for how far we’ve come and we have no other goals but to keep on making bold beer and continue to serve excellence.

Little Monster Brewing Company was founded by award winning brewer Brenden Quinn who has had a passion for locally produced craft beer since he was introduced to it when travelling in Canada back in 2000.

“I was in Montreal drinking some amazing beers which were tasty, fresh, hoppy and just so damn good. I instantly fell in love and couldn’t wait to get back to the UK to search to see what was available there”.

After arriving back in the UK and not being able to find any beers similar to what he had experienced whilst aboard, Brenden went back to the commercial beers and consoled himself that he would never get that quality beer in England. Little did he know then, that other people, experiencing the same, would soon be bringing the craft over to our shores.

In 2011 a home brewer friend of Brenden’s, living in Sydney, suggested he should get a home brew kit to start making his own beer.

“I started off with tins of extract and not really knowing what to do and making some terrible beers. Slowly my beers started improving and as I gained in confidence I moved to brew in a bag and then I thought I was really going for it and I purchased a cooler box mash tun a new kettle etc.”

However, Brenden who was then working in the Corporate world, took a trip to New Zealand and his previous trip to Canada came flooding back to him. He started to experience the amazing beer culture and met a number of people in the beer scene. As soon as he got back to the UK – he decided to pursue what he calls “his true calling”. “I remember mailing around 10 breweries asking them if I could come work for free and learn. Two responded saying no and the others I didn’t hear a thing. One night I met the Gipsy Hill guys at a tasting event and it all started from that…..

“I started volunteering at Gipsy Hill Brewing company who kindly gave me a chance to help and start learning about the trade. I still remember my very first job. It was February time and I was washing casks out in the cold and rain, thinking what have I got myself into. I’m so glad I stuck with it, hard work but so rewarding. After 5 or so months I then volunteered at Fourpure too who eventually offered me a permanent role and eventually moving into a brewers position. I learnt so much at Fourpure and worked with some amazing people. After a few years I moved to West Sussex where I brewed for Arundel Brewery but deep down I wanted to do my own thing, produce my own beer, start my own journey.”

At the beginning of 2018 Little Monster Brewing Company was born. The name came from Brenden’s daughter who he calls affectionately, “my Little Monster”. The name came instantly to Brenden as he wanted to dedicate all that he did to his little girl and the inspiration she gave him.

The name, Little Monster Brewing is fresh, modern and fun. Exactly the approach to the beer he makes.

The original brewery was founded back in 1894. A few years later in 1898 the "Moravia Joint Stock Company" was founded.
At its peak, the brewery brewed about 200,00 hectares of beer a year, making it the second largest brewery in Brno and one of the largest in Moravia. It was mainly the time of the first republic, which was very favourable to the development of the beer industry.
However the brewery was caught up in the economic crisis, which resulted in the cessation of production in 1933. Later in 1943, the brewery merged with the Old Brno Brewery which led to the demise of the once famous Moravia Brewery Brand.

Subsequently, the Pivovar Moravia brand was registered and the famous tradition could be continued. Moravia has been sharing technology and premiss with brother brand "Lucky Bastard" to create a range of flavours based on traditional brewing methods and techniques.

In 2012, friends Anthony Frustagli, Nick Paladino, and Mike Sleeman quit their cushy day jobs to go all in on a shared dream of opening their very own craft brewery. Although bursting with ambition and excitement, the founding trio needed a technical lead to bring their ideas to life.

Enter Graham With, a highly respected and well-known Vancouver homebrewer perfect for the position.

Next up was the need for a seasoned sales lead to help bring P49 to the greater community. Friend Michael Tod confidently filled this position, bringing diehard craft beer enthusiast Scott Venema along with him. Parallel 49 Brewing Company had its first six investors – and its first six employees.

Today, Parallel 49 Brewing is sold in over 100 cities across Canada, serving up more than 70 unique brews per year. With over 90 employees, P49’s next step is to move farther into Eastern Canada while continuing to deliver on their mission statement:

Making great beer accessible to all!
Parallel 49
It all began with a 27 year old brewer, a windowless apartment, and a mountain of credit card debt.

There once was a brewer named Matt
Who wanted to open a brewery focused on craft
He dreamed of a day,
He’d make beers his own way,
And the plan for a brewery was hatched
He drew up his impassioned scheme
But none of the banks would finance the dream
Although they weren’t onboard
Matt thought he could afford
To get started with as much credit cards as they’d give him
And so it was in 2001,
With his credit line under the gun,
In a town by the sea,
Called Esquimalt B.C.,
The story of Phillips Brewery had begun
By 2003 Phillips was a small sensation
But as the only employee till then, Matt needed a staffing inflation
He hired two guys,
With adventure in their eyes,
Mr. Bell and Mr. Bell—no relation.
By now it was 2004,
And one night as Matt opened his door,
Beer spilled all around,
And his dreams almost drowned,
As the Phoenix Flood soaked through the floor.
The landlord was sure not impressed,
By the size of the sticky beer-mess,
They were given the boot,
But remained resolute,
And the brewery sought out a new address
Eventually the perfect spot was found
With more than enough room to go round
In old lumber store
With everything he needed and more
Matt started to put down new roots in old town
After thinking long and hard
We started throwing parties in the Backyard
From Hoppy Beer Festivals to rock shows
Our interest continues to grow
In hosting epic parties until we are barred
But we didn’t stop there you see
And in 2014 we launched a new craft distillery
With a still named Old George
We started to forge
A new lineup of gins and whisky
By 2015 our road ahead contained more forks
And soon we launched a brand new Maltworks
What could be more charming
Than using local farming
To grow our barley for our worts
As the craft beer scene continued to boom
We launched our new Tasting Room
There we could explore
Beers we’ve never brewed before
Alongside our classic lineup of brews that we’ve hewn
Environmental causes have always struck a chord
So we were pleased as punch to get some Green Awards
Whenever attainable
We’re always sustainable
And always setting new efficiency records
But this story is still far from finished
Cause Phillips’ passion will never diminish,
For crafting great brews,
With creative flair too,
That’s a promise we’ll never relinquish.

Unplugged Brewing Co.'s name is more than a brand label; it's a way of life. The brewery is based in Elyria, Ohio about 30 miles from downtown Cleveland.
A cool fact with this brewery, is they use reverse osmosis - an expensive distillation purification system to assure they are getting water as clean as possible, now that's the way to brew.
