REFUND POLICY

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days if package arrives damaged and the products inside are unusable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse a cancellation based on how far your order is through the fulfilment process.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@craftguystradingco.com to arrange.

Shipping

Delivery cut off point for same day dispatch is 12pm Monday-Friday. If orders are placed after 4pm they will be dispatched the next working day. Orders can be delivered from Monday-Saturday, but there are no collections on Saturdays, and there are no collections or deliveries on Sundays.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the items inside are damaged beyond use - if part of the delivery is damaged, the items that are damaged will be sent accordingly. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
